Refund policy

At Scents N Gallery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure strict quality control, but if you face any issue, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

 Damaged Product

If your perfume bottle arrives broken or leaked, you are eligible for a replacement.

 Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will replace it with the correct one.


2. Conditions for Return/Replacement

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide unboxing video proof showing the issue clearly.


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or refunded if:

  • They have been opened or tested

  • The customer “doesn’t like the smell” (personal preference)

  • The bottle is not damaged

  • The product is reported without video proof


4. Refund Policy

We only offer refunds in case the product is:

  • Out of stock after payment

  • Not shipped due to technical error

Refunds will be issued within 3–5 working days through your chosen payment method.


5. Exchange Shipping

If a replacement is approved:

  • Scents N Gallery will cover the shipping cost only for damaged or wrong items.
