  • Delivery is available within Pakistan only.

  • Delivery time is typically 2–4 working days, depending on your location.

Scents N Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders.
We offer replacements only in cases of:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item delivered

Perfumes cannot be returned or refunded once opened or tested.
